For Service Companies overwhelmed scheduling & billing recurring services for their customers; this database application is the simple answer to your problems - Saving Time & Eliminate Errors!

After customers have been entered into the system, check out the following time savers for 400 customers by simply clicking an icon:

  • Scheduling any future day takes less than 1 second.
  • Adding to billing history takes 1 second.
  • Generating your customer Invoices (weekly or monthly) takes 5 seconds.
  • Looking up any customer and changing any information, like their service schedule takes 10 seconds

Computer Landscape "Scheduler" and "Billing" System Description:


The application has a main menu, with several sub menus. The main menu provides for the following selections:
  • The Editors - Consist of the following items enabling the user to customize the Service to individual needs:

  • Edit Customer - Customer name, address & contact information, service types along with the standard services & prices, which can be optionally overridden. Assign routes and Day-Of-Week service. Note: Each customer may be scheduled with up to 7 different services. Each service having a default price; any default price may be modified. See page 3 for an example VIEW of the EDIT screen.
  • Edit Subdivision and region service prices. For example, Pembroke Lakes and Pembroke Falls may have separately priced services.
  • Edit Route Table indicating route numbers, descriptions with total route distance.
  • Edit Each Service description. For example, you may select your own (LC) description of a Lawn Cut.
  • Schedule Services for a calendar day.
  • This powerful scheduler has a Calendar that may be utilized to select the desired day to prepare scheduling for each customer. For example, we can select the next day or any advance day to run that days service work orders.
  • After that days customer orders are printed by route, these clients may be stored in up to 6 different temporary storage bin until the route drivers report back to be sure all clints for the order were serviced.

  • Reports that enable generation of the Route lists, which includes Routing, order of Service Types along with optional notes for each service.

  • Billing, which enables the selection of the billing user start date and end date.

  • Configuration, which enables the user to customize the software with their own Company name address and contact information s.a. phone, fax, e-mail, etc.

  • The Scheduler will be capable of 7 different Services, each with different pre-selected service intervals. They are as follows:

    1. Grass Cutting - Periodic Scheduling
    2. Trim - Periodic Scheduling
    3. Fertilize - Periodic Scheduling
    4. Ant Treatment - Periodic Scheduling
    5. Tree Fertilization - Periodic Scheduling
    6. Hurricane Support - Scheduled on demand when a Hurricane is forecasted.
    7. Special One Time or periodic Scheduling with Price & Description box - Optional Periodic
  • The service interval options are 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 26 & 52 weeks and 10 days. The system will be able to create each days services via calendar selection. Once a service day is created, the user may easily generate the routing list of the clients for that service day calendar selection and route. The route list is an actual address service order for least distance routing. Upon end of day, generate a billing record in the history file.

  • The user has the option of billing once per week, once per 2 weeks or once per month by utilizing an on screen calendar to select billing start date & end date.

Current Software Capability Status:

  1. All 7 services may be scheduled, all with various intervals shown above.
  2. We have just completed the scheduling of the One Time event that applies to any of the services. When the One Time event is called, the user simply selects the event along with the date that one time service is to occur.
  3. The special events can be scheduled as one-time events or may be periodic events.
  4. When scheduling, update the Previous Service Date & the Last Service date field to the current days schedule. In addition, update the next scheduled date if the periodic value is shown, otherwise remove the next scheduled date.

Next Major Milestones:

  1. Provide the scheduled activities placement into History folder for Invoicing & documentation purposes.
  2. Provide Printouts of the various scheduled work day routes
  3. Provide billing of the past scheduled services over the time frame set by the calendar start & end dates.
