Meals-On-Wheels Services

The MDS (Meal Delivery System) software offers production recipient scheduling, delivery and billing for C1 & C2 clients. Delivery Meal Types include HOT, Frozen, Puree, Kosher, Breakfast, Lunch and custom meals. Delivery scheduling includes any combination of daily, one & two week delivery cycles. Reports include billing, truck loading, truck driver buy cheap zithromax delivery applications for a wide variety of private, nonprofit and Federal/State/City Agency supported requirements.

Flexible MDS Editor options include:

Powerful Editors include client, agency, agency meal types & pricing and route tables. All client editor changes are recorded to achieve accountability. Data entry changes are date stamped with the MDS data entry user ID. Information may be displayed with a variety of indexes s.a. Last Name, Agencies, etc. Each Agency may be edited showing the Agency meals funded and the Agency meal price for billing purposes.

Home Bound and Congregate Site Support

The MDS software provides flexible scheduling, delivery and billing for Home bound & Congregate sites (C1 & C2). In addition, delivery stop codes may be altered providing driver least cost routing scheduling. In place of delivery sheets, a portable Hand Held Scanner with LCD display may be used which provides the driver with automated paperless delivery information and billing information.

The Scheduling Process

Client Scheduling is easily achieved using the MDS powerful client editor/schedular. Meals are selected and pre-qualified by the Agency assigned to each client; therefore, meals are selected from their pre-assigned Agency. Once client meals have been scheduled using the flexible client editor, the editor provides simple delivery scheduling for daily and one/two week deliveries. Deliveries may be sequenced utilizing a stop sequence number providing driver least cost delivery routing.

Network Architecture for MDS

MDS may be installed on a single stand alone computer or on a multi-user LAN/WAN network. The master database may be either a Microsoft Access or SQL Server environment. Client/Server principals apply in a multi-user network environment. The Client application is provided at each workstation utilizing Microsoft Access or SQL database. MDS is provided with Archive feature which removes older data records to a separate archive file to provide more efficient real time master database response.

Billing

All C1 & C2 delivery data provides the user with detailed billing information which can be reported in several different formats depending upon user requirements.
