T-Mobile Dealer Store Management Commission System
Computer software that helps run a T-Mobile Dealership is called "Database Activation Commission Tool" (DACT). DACT tracks the details of cell phone activations, provides 3 staff payments/month for Sales Reps (SR), Store Managers (SM), District Managers (DM), and tracks inventory. Two components of DACT include Management and Sales.

The 'Management' component performs the following:
  • Multi-User - Permits Staff, Sales Reps (SR), and Management access to DACT information.
  • Typically 5 users access DACT application, with up to 10 users with MS Access 2007.
  • Options for more users, include SQL server, or an RTS connection.
  • DACT users are LAN workstations accessing a file Server.
  • LAN based DACT can be made available to the Internet.
  • Internet access provides Management, Staff, & SR access. Remote SR staff may view current sales/marketing from home without the need for meetings. go GREEN! 
  • Examples of WEB Browser actions are access to price sheet, discounts/flashes, Central promotions, Dealer promotions, as well as DM, SM, and SR commissions.
  • DACT can provide Central Data Center Services - Avoid costly overhead of technical staff and file servers.
  • Tracks the SR Activation process.
  • Imports the T-Mobile 'Detail' Spreadsheets.
  • Provides a SR Screen tracking personel information like employment date, title, store location, # of activations, etc.
  • Provides Cell phone model, price, and inventory tracking.
  • Manages the T-Mobile cell phone model, price, rate plan codes, over/under SR client sales, and error tracking with penalties.
  • SR, SM, and DM have separate commission tier level incentives.
  • Provides 3 SR commission tiers, and 3 tier store groups.
  • Track daily activations, manages their respective store group and tier level.
  • Sales incentives for higher activations, leads to higher tier commissions.
  • Tracks SR inaccuracies by applying penalties as incentive to input accurate data.
  • Manages cell phone promotions by date, discount amount, store location, SKU item, and rate plans.
  • Improves profit margins for store private dealer
  • Improves company owned store margins
  • Enables company owned dealer to go private by removing the company owned overhead, for higher margins.
  • Tracks Manager guarantees, store accessory goals, store guarantees, and all store activations.
  • Tracks accessories, and postpaid goals, while managing bonuses.
  • Provides both Management and Sales Reporting. 
The 'Sales' component performs the following:
  • Tracks all SR client Information including activation, deactivations, reactivations, migrations, miscellaneous, and any inaccurate information.
  • Notifies SR of promotions via printed sheet as well as reflecting lower price in the SR activation data report.
  • Tracks AddALine, PostPaid, SmartAccess, Flexpay, Contract Renewal, DataFeature, Outright, PrepPaid activations monthly.
  • Tracks SR tier level, accessories, and store & SR goals.
  • Higher activation counts yield higher tiers, permiting higher commissions incentives.
  • WEB access permits SR to work outside the Dealership -   go GREEN!
  • Provides 3 monthly payments (Draw1, Draw2, and a final Commission payment).
